What this site keeps

Decision Coin Flip is built to keep your decision text on your own device. The questions you enter, the options you compare, and the answers you give to the five gut-check questions are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to a server.

The site uses Stripe to handle the one-time payment. When you click the payment button, you are sent to Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe handles your card details and sends back a confirmation that you have paid. The site stores a small access token in your browser so you can keep using the app on this device.

The site collects basic usage events (such as page views and how often the full decision flow is completed) so the owner can tell whether the site is working. These events do not include the text of your decision or your answers.

If you clear your browser data, your local decision history and your access token are removed.
